Delivery
While we make every effort to fulfil your purchase within the time frame specified when you place your order, we are unable to provide any precise delivery dates. Typically, if an order is properly paid for, we despatch the product within two business days. Shipping might take two to seven business days, depending on the customer’s location. The next two working days are often accessible for picking up the products.
To the fullest extent authorised by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenditures resulting from late delivery. However, we will make every effort to let you know if we are unable to reach our projected delivery date.
Orders are subject to stock availability.
If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient’s signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout. Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are done so solely at the recipients own risk. In this instance, Touch of Elegance accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents.
